This library is high speed universal character encoding detector. -

Requires

Installation
============

::

    $cd /tmp

    $git clone git://github.com/PyYoshi/cChardet.git

    $cd cChardet

    $python setup.py build

    $sudo python setup.py install

or

::

    $sudo easy_install cchardet

Test
====

::

    $sudo easy_install or pip install -U chardet nose

    $cd test

    $nosetests --nocapture tests.py
